The HIV-Human literature Interaction Map Hybrigenics’ HIV-HUMAN literature protein interaction map is the most comprehensive interaction map on the relations between the Human ImmunoDeficiency Virus and its host cell in humans, the lymphocytes. The map was compiled from all known related information from the scientific literature concerning Human ImmunoDeficiency Virus and extensively curated. This Literature interaction map includes published data concerning 132 interactions between all viral and 87 cellular proteins, data related to useful bibliographic links to the human genome, HIV databases, description of sequences and structure of proteins. These data are available only through the PIMRider® application which allows the display of functional pathways, through sophisticated visualization tools, depicting a global picture of the virus and its protein-based relations with human host cells, and can be used to gather comprehensive biological annotations on interacting HIV and lymphocytes proteins.
